  • Once I ate almost half a pecan pie at a Christmas party. It was getting late and no one was eating it so the host said it was fine!

  • Thanks for the recipe, Laura! I made these yesterday and my mom took them to work and her coworkers went crazy over them, requested a second batch as not everyone had a chance to try them (they went so fast!). At my mom's request I sprinkled sweetened coconut shreds on top before baking and it was really good! And I don't even like coconut that much! Also, if they start falling apart when you're cutting them, stick them in the freezer for a bit to harden them up more.
