INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
SAUCE:
250ml Chicken Stock (Chicken Broth)
Juice of 2 Small Lemons (About 1/4 of a cup)
2 Tablespoons of Caster (Super Fine) Sugar (double this if you want a sweeter sauce)
2 Tablespoons of Corn Flour (Corn Starch)
CHICKEN:
500g Chicken Breast Fillets (sliced into thin strips)
2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons of Corn Flour (Corn Starch)
Preparation Time: 10 minutes (plus time to marinate chicken)
Cooking Time: About 10 minutes
SERVES 4
ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC

Crumble the stock cube/s into some hot water and stir until dissolved. Add more stock cub/s if you want a stronger flavor ;)
May i know what should i do if i only have chicken stock in cube instead of the liquid ones you always use?
It's great if you add some cucumbers cut into thick half crescents.
