Chicken with Cashew Nuts is a delicious stir fry, inspired by my local Chinese restaurant. Tender slices of chicken breast are stir fried with vegetables, hokkien noodles and a scrumptious sauce. Quick enough for weeknight dinners and impressive enough to serve to friends, this dish will keep everyone happy – give it a go!

  • I just love your show. You convey to the viewer very basic, easy steps to make great food in a relatively short time. Once I graduate from college this May (I spend all of my time in the library or in a book at home), I plan to get my ass in the kitchen and try out a number of your recipes. :)

  • You can use soy sauce instead. It won't be exactly the same - but there isn't much that is close to Oyster Sauce ;)

  • Oh My God, that looks absolutely delicious. I will definitely try this recipe. Thanks, David.

  • What kind of noodles? I rewind a few times and still didn't get what it is.. Looks amazing
