INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
BASE:
2 1/2 Cups of Plain Flour (Sifted)
7g Sachet of Dried Yeast
200ml of Warm Water
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon of White Sugar
Salt and Pepper
1 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
TOPPINGS:
I used 1/4 Cup of Pasta Sauce (from a jar)
1 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Cup of Diced Bacon
2 Teaspoons of Mixed Dried Italian Herbs
Freshly Grated Parmasen Cheese
Preparation Time: About 1 hour
Cooking Time: About 15 minutes
MAKES ONE LARGE PIZZA
ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC

I personally use various flavors of string cheese. Fantastic stuff.
Looks amazing
i worked at pizza hut, and if you want a real stuffed crust, you use those cheese stringers you can get. Basically a cheddar/tasty stick of string cheese.
Some recipes leave yeast to activate in warm water with sugar and then add it to the flour mixture. But your way also looks to work, what's up with that?
