Ingredients:
4 Large Chicken Breast Fillets (skinless and boneless)
4 Slices of Middle Rasher Bacon (chopped into small pieces)
2 Spring Onions (trimmed and finely sliced)
1 Teaspoon of Minced Garlic
125g of Soft Spreadable Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup of Grated Cheese
Preparation Time: About 15 minutes
Cooking Time: About 20-25 minutes

Do you have American style bacon available there, or is the Canadian bacon all that’s available? In American we have access to both, “regular” bacon is my fav!

Going to try this but I'm tweaking it a bit by adding some blue cheese :)
I tried it with salami and Philadelphia cheese with onion and garlic was very nice
