I made this with turkey bacon instead of pork--so good! :)
Will the bacon be overcooked since you already fried it, then baked it again? :0 If yes, is there any way to prevent over-cooking the bacon? Thanks! :)
I use a food processor to rub the butter into the flour, it takes seconds and it's all perfectly blended. Then I just introduce the wet ingredients to the dry ones so I don't over mix. This makes the scones softer.
