Chicken wings are a staple food at The Wolfe Pit! Deep fried, grilled, smoked, BBQ’d, pan fried, broiled, baked, you name it! The key to great wings is a crispy skin and a good sauce. Hot, mild, sweet, tangy or savory, the sauce it the magical ingredient that can make a good chicken wing or a bad chicken wing!

Just mayonaise is good? I guess not as good as your recipe, but acceptable if you don't want to spend time and effort.
Thanks for the Remoulade sauce. That's a MUST for chicken wings. I'm from Boston, but love Cajun!
Did this one last night. Turned out fantastic. everyone loved the crispy skin on the wings. I smoked them at 200 on the pellet grill first then sauteed in the pan with some garlic evoo. As you suggested (to taste) added a little Saracha and tripled the pickle juice and used horseradish sauce tripled as well on the sauce. The sauce was incredible.
Thank you!!
looks delicious!!!!
