  • My husband used to be the same way. He wouldn't touch a salad to save his life. It was the same with most other veggies. That was until I got a hold of him. One day I cooked some green beans in a way he had never seen before. He loved them so much he started trying my variations on a lot of things. He still won't eat many salads, but he LOVES Caesar Salad. He's eating a lot more other veggies now too, as long as they are made a certain way anyway. You never know until you try certain things. :D

  • Why every time you saying smthing about garlic you ask not to judge you? if you cook garlic it doesnt smells right? i dun get it Q_Q

  • i suppose but it can't be helped if i can't and/or won't eat it because i'm not a fan of leafy food or sour sauces...

  • i requested this and im so happy that you did the recipe!! Thank you so much!! Looks delicious and im off to go make it now ;)

  • It's because he is using jarred minced garlic instead of fresh. Some people are incredibly picky, so he says not to judge him for "taking the lazy way out." Honestly, the fresh garlic might taste slightly better, but the difference between the two is so minuscule that nobody (with any sense anyway) would truly care. I may prefer to use fresh garlic, but I've used jarred in the past and would not hesitate to use it again if necessary. But some people can be a pain, hence the comment. : /
