Bolognese Rice Bake | One Pot Chef



Bolognese Rice Bake is a delicious main meal that is perfect for throwing together on busy weeknights. Beef and vegetables are combined with rice and eggs. Sprinkled with cheese and baked until golden, this filling dinner is ideal for feeding a crowd – give it a go!

500g Beef Mince
1 Brown Onion (finely chopped)
1 Large Carrot (finely chopped)
Olive Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Cup of Tomato Paste
400g Can of Diced Tomatoes
1 Cup of Liquid Beef Stock
Salt and Pepper
2 Cups of Cooked Long Grain White Rice
2 Cups of Grated Cheddar Cheese
2 Tablespoons of Freshly Chopped Parsley (plus extra to garnish)
4 Eggs

Preparation Time: About 15 minutes
Cooking Time: About 55 minutes
