So easy! It’s a muffin in a mug!

RECIPE:

– 1/4 cup oats
– 1 egg
– small handful of blueberries
– about a tsp of stevia or some type of sweetener to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients in a mug and heat in the microwave for 1-2 min (watch carefully), then flip upside down on a plate and eat!

  • Jut made it ! Unexpectedly yummyyyyyy much love to you Casseyy i see you rolling but definitly ain't hatinnnnn' !
Next step is trying using.. pumpkin instead of berries ! yup i know pretty crazy but i'm sure it'll come out insaaaanely good !

  • I think using frozen berries made it Alot more flavourful because of the bursts of sour sweetness:D

  • I just made this and it was soo good:) but instead of blueberries I used frozen berries( black corrects, cranberries, a few raspberries) and brown sugar and a splash of almond milk but looking back I'm not sure it needed it:/ I put it in my microwave for 1 and a half mins . I tipped it out onto my plate and it was cooked on the bottom and still a bit wet on top. To fix that I out it in the microwave for a further 1 and a half mins and voila:D or was perfect!

  • Added ground flaxseed to my muffin as well as some cinnamon powder and vanilla essence. Note to self - eat when hot... Duh...

  • Mine turned out good actually It did tasted plan a little bit but only BC I didn't measure the sweeting right but other than that it was pretty good.

  • Mine was such a thick substance before I microwaved it... I'm wondering if I should lessen the oats or add a second egg
