  • i made this dish it was great the only variation i made was i parboiled my taters and i added some red chili flakes i like spicy yum yum

  • @rachiibuu Ahh that makes sense. I think the 2 crazy toddlers at my feet made me a bit brainless lol. It was pretty damn good anyways ;)

  • @rachiibuu If you cut the potatoes up small, they should be almost cooked in the saucepan. They finish off in the oven. Next time, try smaller pieces ;)

  • Oh friend, thank you for show me this recipe. Here in my country I never see scones in any recipes. I'll try to do this.
    Xoxo from Brazil

  • Should I have cooked the spuds before hand? I tried leaving it in the oven til the spuds were cooked but then the scones started getting a bit too brown so I pulled it out and all the spuds were still raw. Did I something lol

  • @sbasmaling If you like, I add the tomatoes in for flavour, but you could easily leave them out. You could also puree them in the blender and mix them in, that way hubby won't see them ;)

  • @xinmusic I don't have much experience with soy meat, but I would imagine it would work the same. Let me know how it turns out :)
