INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
4 Tortillas
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
500g of Lean Beef Mince / Ground Beef
1 Brown Onion (diced)
2 Cloves of Garlic (crushed)
1 Small Red Capsicum / Bell Pepper (deseeded and diced)
125g Can of Sweet Corn Kernels (drained)
1 Teaspoon of Chilli Powder
1 Teaspoon of Paprika
400g Can of Diced Tomatoes
Salt (to taste)
2 Cups of Grated Cheddar Cheese
Preparation Time: About 20 minutes
Cooking Time: About 30 minutes
