INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
500g Beef Mince (Ground Beef)
200g Diced Bacon
Garlic Infused Olive Oil
1 Brown Onion (Diced)
1 Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
1 Teaspoon of Mixed Dried Herbs
2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
1 Can of Tomato Soup (Condensed)
1 Cup of Liquid Beef Stock
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
SERVES 4
ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC

Great recipe as usual. One question : I know that the can of tomato soup is the "secret ingredient" but could i substitute it for a can of tomatoes instead ? ( the tomato soup is not something we find easily or cheaply in Paris )
@llsand75 Yes, you can use a can of tomatoes instead. You could also use some Tomato Paste (puree) if you prefer ;)

That doesn't look like bacon as we know it here in the US. That looks like what we call Ham.
@christschool Australian Bacon is different to US Bacon. Ours is sliced thicker ;)
