Beauty Boosting Smoothies



Here are a few of my favorite smoothie recipes I use all the time! Each one is full of awesome beauty benefits with no added sugar and are dairy free!

Each recipe is designed for a single serving, but you can definitely double it and share with friends!

Green Goddess Smoothie:
1/2 avocado
1/2 banana
juice of 1/2 a lime
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/4 cup coconut milk (unsweetened)
splash of OJ
handful of spinach
ice

PB Chocolate Banana Smoothie:
1 banana
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter (unsweetened)
1/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
2 tbsp gluten free oats (optional)
honey to taste
ice

Tropical Getaway Smoothie:
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 banana
1/2 cup OJ
1 tsp (or more if you like) coconut oil

  • Do you have any tips for someone new to smoothies? I don't know whether diving head first into it or not (especially flavour/ingredient wise)

  • My dad does the exact same thing! He loves to mix fruits and vegetables into smoothies, that's usually his breakfast before work. What's funny is he also had a nutri-bullet (until it broke unfortunately) at least your blender looks like one...
