The Wolfe Pit shows you how to make BBQ Bacon Sushi. Lil’ Smokies, surrounded by ground chuck, seasoned with BBQ Rub and then wrapped in bacon and smoked to perfection. Finished off with BBQ Sauce and toasted sesame seeds. Perfect appetizer recipe.

Wow, looked easy and I'm sure it was tasty. Thanks for sharing.
That was hella cool Wolfie!
Larry thats really looks good...once again another great video.
Anyone looking to grow their channel? subscribe to me and I will subscribe to you it's just that simple.
I wouldn't mind having this with white rice, looks good!
Larry, after good bit of delving into my legal tomes*, (by which I mean a cursory glance at *Wikipedia ;) I'm not sure you are binding in your title nomenclature of "sushi" in this recipe. While I admire your creativity and skill at using waxed paper, you did not use soy paper, nori, nor bamboo in the rolling process so I fear you must change the video title to "Semi-Sushi, 巻き寿司," or at the very least " 巻物 " which doesn't translate well
But having said that, you technically can call it Ehōmaki (恵方巻, "lucky direction roll") which is a roll composed of 7 ingredients considered to be lucky... (presumably if you roll in the correct direction, and I believe you did :) Since you have Bacon, Beef, BBQ sauce, WP Rub, Lil' Smokies, Applewood smoke and Sesame seeds I'd say you have a pretty nice 恵方巻 on your hands :D
Larry you out did yourself with this one. This one will appeal to the meat lovers and the bacon lovers, and I am both! I'll try this next time I have folks over. Thanks!!
That looks killer! Excellent video Larry. I can't wait to try this.
Interesting
yum, got to try this
