Baked Protein Oatmeal with Dymatize ISO 100 Whey (FitMenCook)



Recipe below. Baked protein oatmeal for meal prep. Easy way to make breakfast for the entire week at one time. Remember that baked oatmeal becomes more like a bread when baked so it’s perfect with morning tea or coffee.

Ingredients for 4 servings: 4 scoops @Dymatize ISO 100 protein, 4 egg whites, 2 cups instant oatmeal, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, cinnamon, 1tsp baking powder, 4 packets Stevia, 1 medium apple (grated), 1 medium banana.

Approx macros PER serving: 341 calories, 36g protein, 41g carbs, 3g fat

  • i just made this and took it out a little before 20 mineuts and it was runny like a lava cake:) i used choocalte protein and since i took it out a little early its like runny choocoalte hmmmm:) thank you so much fitmen
