Ingredients SWEET:
– 60g oats
– 50g milk
– 1 egg
– 1 tbsp maplesyrup
– 30g Protein powder Whey
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 small apple
– 1 tbsp cinnamon
Bake for 25 min at 180°C (350°F)
Macros savory: 411 Cal, 40C, 13F, 32P
Ingredients Savory:
– 50g Oats
– 1 egg
– 100g eggwhites
– 1 small onion
– 200g broth
– 50g tomatoes
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 40g Mozzarella
– Spices (Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Chili)
Bake for 40 min at 180°C (350°F) and after 30 min add Mozzarella.
