INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
250g of Pasta (cooked as per packet directions)
8 Slices of Middle Rasher Bacon
1 Brown Onion (diced)
1 Clove of Garlic (crushed)
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
400g Can of Diced Tomatoes
2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper
1 Tablespoon of Freshly Chopped Parsley (plus extra to garnish)
1-2 Cups of Grated Cheese
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 40 minutes
SERVES 4 – 6 (with a side dish)
ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
