This is my way to make a really authentic Pizza. It is crunchy and tasty and has good macros for a Pizza.
Ingredients Dough:
– 100g Flour
– 70g Water
– 2g dry yeast
– 2g salt
Toppings:
– canned chopped tomatoes
– seasoning of you choice (I use salt, pepper, garlic, oregano)
– 60g low fat mozzarella
– 60g low fat ham
