Macros 1 Calzone Pizza: 667 Cal, 101C, 10F, 46P
Ingredients 1 Calzone:
– 120g Flour
– 60 – 70g water
– 2,5g salt (2%)
– 2,5g yeast (2%)
– 50g Mozzarella
– 60g ham
– 100g ricotta light / low fat cottage cheese
Rest for at least 2 hours (best result after 24 hours)! Enjoy 🙂
