wonderful recipes. thanks. I have a question not related to this. I wish to buy a nonstick kadai and since it is expensive, I thought I will ask for your opinion before buying it. Is it good for frying vegetables?What I mean is does it consume less oil than ordinary kadais for frying vegetables? And does the vegetables stick to the bottom of the kadai if we use less oil? Can you suggest a good brand ?I would really appreciate your answer. thanks in advance.
Hello Bhavna! I always enjoy the cheerful beginnings of your videos. I find cooking fun too so its nice to see that you do too. I love the creative way you've used the flavorings to enhance the presentation. That is so important for a special drink! I also like seeing you use solids (the ground pistachio for example). Cocktails (and these could count as virgin cocktails) often use a fruit, pickles, veggies as part of the drink. I think a mini-fruit kabob would be lovely with the mango lassi. Thank you! :-)
