  • The peppermint crisp smoothie is sooo delicious! It tastes like a candy bar! A cross between twix and thinmint girl scout cookies or York peppermint patties! Really great if you're craving a candy bar to just make this instead.

  • Freely can you please answer! I was just wondering if I could use vegan, non sweet coconut milk instead of water?

  • I don't usually watch this channel and I'm also not a vegan but dang I can't help but to watch any videos with your smoothies in them because they look so good! I think I am going to try a couple

  • Hi, I am new to this. I just bought the e-book 3 days ago, and I haven't finished it yet, but I do have a question. In the book, it says "Stevia is not a good alternative for many reasons. A few being; it tricks the brain into thinking sugar is entering the bloodstream, the body in turn releases insulin to regulate the amount of sugar in the bloodstream but all of a sudden- it finds no sugar. As a result cortisol is released to counteract the rise in insulin, which = stress! Pretty soon afterwards your brain tells you to go and get some real sugar anyway. Best to avoid the process explained above, because it will just lead to stressed organs." Could someone, or even you, Freelee, explain to me why the stevia drops are used in these recipes? Thanks in advance!

  • Does anyone know how long the dates should soak for?  a few minutes?  Hours? Overnight?  what?  I'm very new to this.    And what do you do about the fruit flies?  Since I started this, I have flies everywhere from all the damn fruit laying around!  What the heck!  Should I keep it all in the fridge?
