Hi, I currently use the raw meal replacement. I also looked at Raw Fit , I am trying to lose fat and get good nutrition. What is my best choice and how many meals should I be replacing ?

Yes, I too am guilty of jumping through weight loss plan to others as well, I think that I need to have tried every fat reduction method that was available, but eventually not one of them made it easier for me to reduce and maintain the weight off.
