Love this Thank you. I do eggs whites every single day n don't get tired of it. I also like oatmeal. I do egg whites with turkey bacon, or Salmón spinach tomatoes avocado sweet peppers, or beans.

Spinach, peppers, two eggs and an ounce of smoke salmon or whatever protein I have on hand. I also like to make a breakfast quiche for the week. I load it up with peppers, onions, and whatever veggies are on had. I add the protein to a slice each morning.
I really enjoy watching your videos and learning from them! I'm very new to fitness and eating well so I appreciate the tips in your videos. This is one of the breakfasts I enjoy:
Open Faced Breakfast BLT
- 1 slice of Ezekial bread
- 2 eggs or egg whites (any style) - 2 slices of turkey bacon
- Tomato slice (optional)
- Handful of spinach
Can you discuss carbs especially complex carbs but what helps me is the normal smoothie I make or if I want something hot I eat oatmeal. Being consistent I guess is what helps
