Ingredients:
5 Cups of Milk
500g Bag of Dry Macaroni Pasta
2 Cups of Grated Cheddar Cheese (about 200g, I used Red Leicester)
Salt and Pepper (for seasoning, optional)
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 20 minutes

So I made this tonight, and I must have done something wrong. It came out very thick and almost had a box mac and cheese powder feeling? Anyone got any ideas on what happened? I also used a extra sharp white cheddar.

I just made this for dinner o.m.g it was lush! So amazing i should have took pics buttttttt we just couldnt wait! I swwpped the cheese from Red Leicester to sharp mature cheddar and i chopped up some top quality ham and mixed it all around omg it was lush! Thanks so much one pot chef, your a legend hunni xxxxx
