    For a more savory taste, you can use half parmigiano, half romano.

    Dear Laura: I like this recipe a lot, but I like the Zucchini sliced instead of shopped like you do.  Also I add some spinach to the frittata because I love spinach also. Thank You for sharing this recipe with all of us.

    Looks amazing, Laura!  I love easy recipes like this! WIll make this with my zucchini that is never ending in my garden!  A great addition from my garden would also be swiss chard and maybe some dill.   Thanks for all the work u go to make these videos, your fun personality makes you so easy to watch!

    maybe she added more olive oil because that is what she prefers or because she doesnt want others to thinks its too much oil for them, either way you have to go to her website to get exact measurements and ingredients cause this a tutorial not her cook book, go to her website and stop complaining people

    Is better to use Cow milk because it gives you more richness but if you use other kind of milk is better to use Soy milk because is not as "sweet" as the almond one. 🙂
