    what other foods can i use that has protein in it to put with the berries? instead of protein powder its hard to get that stuff where i live. :)

    so glad I stumbled across this video 🙂 I originalyl checked this out for the smoothie, but what you said at the start has motivated me.. I was really feeling like giving up with a lot of things, but now im fully motivated to just give everything 110% in life and not give up 🙂 i also think i need to have more people in my life that are motivating, not negative 🙂 xx
