I just made these today and they are absolutely delicious! I skipped the almonds, but that was totally fine as the raspberry and white chocoalte flavor was enough. Absolutely heavenly taste, but extremely rich as well. And veeeerry sweet. I only used half the amount of sugar, but it was still kinda too sweet for me. Next time I'll use half the amount of chocolate as well.

Edit: Nvm the amount of chocolate is perfect after all. Just reduce the amount of sugar and oh I had to bake the second layer about 10mins more, but it turned out to be still very moist and not dry at all!

Hey Laura, thanks for the recipe.. Its really great!!!! I have a small query. Can this be made without eggs? Actually I am planning to make this for my mom and she is pure vegetarian. Is there anyway to make it without eggs. Thanks

I cannot begin to express how freakin' delicious these are!!!  The white choc flavor is not overpowering at all.  They just taste like an incredibly buttery vanilla cake with raspberry and almonds.  Addictive!  Plus, they are ridiculously simple to make- everything is done by hand.  Laura, you've done it again!

A major glaring error on the recipe. The portion is way off. It needs to be doubled or it will never be enough. I got one piece before the rest disappeared. Could use in a magic act! Have a feeling these just replaced my white choc macadamia nut cookies as #1.

I just baked these bars….omg they're unbelievably delicious!!! I used 1 cup of white chocolate chips it would've been too sweet otherwise.

I've tried this recipe yesterday and it was delicious. But for my taste is way too sweet so next time I'm thinking to put in just have of the sugar you suggested.
