It's the season for cookies. I would really like to see recipes for LACE COOKIES.
Some people use oatmeal as the base and some use flour. Some use almonds. They taste so good. There are also different variations of cookies with oatmeal, macadamia nuts, cranberries, walnuts and coconuts. I would like to suggest a recipe for
COCONUT WALNUT cookies and CRANBERRY OATMEAL cookies.

Hey Laura! First of all, I'm such a big fan 🙂 Love all your recipes. They always turn out pretty amazing even I'm such an amateur baker. Big Thanks! Now, if I want to do this cookie but in a healthier version, what's your suggestion? What should I substitute? Thank you in advance! And keep up the great work 😀

I changed up the recipe a bit and it turned out wonderful! Instead of the 2/3 cups of sugar I just used 1/2 a cup of white sugar. I added 1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon and 2 teaspoons of milk because my batter looked a little dry. Also, I didn't have chocolate chips, so I substituted them with whole almonds. Then i baked them for 8 minutes and let them sit out on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes, and they came out delicious and chewy!

Great tasting cookie. But had a crunchy macaroon taste. It is not a soft, chewy, moist cookie, but it still taste good anyway.

Well, that's smart. It seems that the brown version of foods are healthier than the white food, like with rice and bread too. More color=more health!

Laura puts a lot of things in her freezer… So I guess if I sneak into their house and open the freezer, an avalanche of food is gonna bury me.
