    made this last night, not too keen on PB so not sure why i added it lol, will leave out next time. Great macros for the greek yogurt though, just a bit pricey. Will look for non-branded stuff

    absolutely loving these total greek yog videos si! mango one is amazing and will try this out tomorrow. How many more total greek yog videos are you planning on doing? also would you have a think about doing some more protein dense recipes that dont involve much prep and dont have protein powder in them? KEEP UP THE VIDS!!!

    Just a random thought, is quark (the dairy product) a thing in England, or in the US for people how live there? Here in Sweden it´s pretty much a staple food for people who work out it seems and it´s expanded like crazy over the past ~5 years with flavours, recepies etc. I use it constantly… On the other hand im having trouble actually finding low fat or fat free yoghurt, not many stores seem to have it.

    Could you use a drop more milk and add a granulated sweetener instead of honey to bring the sugar down a bit?
