    When I made this, the filling in the middle seemed to be absorbed by the rest of the cake. It was still delicious but how do I prevent that from happening?

    Laura on your homemade vanilla cake mix what are the measurements in know its 3 cups but it calls for 21/2 cups

    I’m not a Twinkie person, but I do appreciate your creativity, Laura! So, I probably won’t try this one. I do love your other treats- I’ve made your Zebra Cakes and chocolate chip cookie cheesecake for birthdays and they’ve turned out great! I feel like my bundt pan doesn’t get enough use, so keep the bundt recipes coming for summer, please.

    Dear Laura, I greet you peacefully. I want to thank you very much for putting so many beautiful, accurate recipes on. I need to stay at home most of the time due to a disease that I have, but I do try to cook as much as I can. I did not try this cake yet but I did try several of your recipes and they all were great. Last night I made the garlic knots you taught, with my own dough, and the family loved them. This morning I did my best to replicate the "Red Lobster biscuit" for breakfast and my guests loved them.
