    Did you cut the wings in half? They look small. I have some huge wings and I'm wondering if I should cut them or cook longer?

    I love turkey wings,  I just smoked a whole turkey and my fav parts are the wings and legs.. Dark meat is soo much better than breast meat !  I love how turkey drumettes are about the same size as a chicken leg.

    This sounds mean but I laugh really hard when you burn yourself while tasting the meals…Lol Kidding! 😉 I am doing this sauce on thighs this evening and I am also going to mix your citrus rub for the first time, love the other 2!
