i have just discovered you. i have purchased 2 of your cookbooks on itunes. really happy about the 1 pot cooking; we are operating with a temporary kitchen setup – we had water damage and our kitchen had to be demolished. that was 4 months ago…

This looks good! You could add some cooked pasta to the mixture along with some parm cheese and maybe a little garlic powder before baking and turn it into tuna casserole!

this is a little different to our family recipe of Tuna Mornay. we don't put onion or celery in. I like the idea of onion though i would dice it very small as im not a fan of chunky onion. we mix the milk in to the flour and butter in a similar way to liquid is mixed into a risotto ie, small amount at a time so it thickens a lot then add the cheese and tuna. this is the bottom layer, top with layer of sliced hard boiled eggs, then mashed potato and a layer of grated cheese. hope people enjoy

@solozaur Cups are used in the metric system too. There is a link on my channel page to a measurement conversion website you may find useful 😉

I don't get one thin in your videos: you use metric system and then use cup a lot, why is that?

I hate that damn cup I always have to google for every different ingredient, cut it in half and a little bit more…ughh!!
