    My "go-to" soy sauce has always been Kikkoman, but in recent years I've been exposed to Aloha, imported directly from Hawaii. Excellent stuff in its own right! It helps to have YouTube friends living in exotic places. LOL

    The marinade looks great! Of course, the wings I try this on may look a little like thighs and drumsticks… LOL

    I nearly had a heart attack last week in Publix. Picked up a nice rack of baby backs, and the price sticker said $6.49 / lb. I very quietly put it back on the rack. No effin' way!

    You did a beautiful job on those wings….most ppl leave them too close to the heat and they burn.  Excellent job….I bet these were delicious.
