Ooooooh Momma! And I just finally caught chicken on sale and stocked up I've got 10 pounds each of boneless skinless boobs and thighs in the freezer, and I've always done taquitos with beef. This time it will be with chicken. Yum, Boy!

Wow Larry~! Always loved taquitos but hated the greasiness. Now you have shown the way to avoid that and keep that delicious crunchiness they are famous for. Thanks a bunch man, I have got to make those soon! Favourited your vid  as well, thanks for putting out such a good recipe. Outstanding!

Good for you, Larry . . .  I like your style!   I can start with your basic cooking method for the chicken, then can branch off in many directions after that: soup, stew, taquitos as shown here, etc.  All best and thumbs up,  "Snowless Joe"   (FINALLY)   :-)

That looks and sounds great. I would thicken the left over sauce for a dipping sauce or gravy.
