Easy and tasty eating in short lunch break at work. I like to add more ingredients in the mixture such as spinach, green chili, carrot etc.

OOOOOOO please do not say wow when you taste! You make me so hungry each time I watch your tutorials. Your mini sausage roll tut is great. I had to make more than 12. They vanished in a split second. I hate being in the kitchen but you have given me the WILL to cook. Thanks for converting me. Hugs

Yes, you could use pork mince instead. The cooking time would be about the same. Just check them, if they need a little longer, then so be it, but since they are small it shouldnt take long for the meat to cook 😉

Not sure if I've seen chicken mince in my supermarket – is it possible to use pork mince? Will cooking time/temp change if I do?
These looks so good i really wanna try cooking them! I have to say i've only taken an interest in cooking very recently and your vids are great – so easy to follow, and no faffing about. Keep em coming!

It is so nice to have an Australian chef because unlike american chefs on youtube i can understand what ingredients and metric system you use! Im from New Zealand but Australia is pretty much nearly the same

The only problem with cooking is it takes a while relative to how long it takes to eat the final product. I am very skinny, but I eat SO much it's ridiculous. Extremely difficult to live on a budget when I am always hungry.

    Regardless… delicious recipe man. Really.

I'll have to try. We make a sweet chili beef meatloaf and it's one of the best I've ever had. It keeps it so moist and gives it great flavor.
