    this may be a silly question but i know you can freeze fresh fruit. cut
    could you freeze fresh greens as well or would that cause them to spoil
    once thawed or ruin their quality at all??

    DONT ADD DAIRY MILK. THE CASEIN INHIBITS THE EFFECTS. ALMOND MILK IS BEST.
