Spicy Maple Butter Chicken Wings – Spicy, Sweet & Sticky “Triple S Wings”

The Wolfe Pit shows you how to make Triple ‘S’ Wings. The wings are simply pan friend and then simmered in a simple sauce reduction of Maple Syrup, Butter and Cayenne until it turned into a Spicy, Sweet and Sticky Caramel Sauce. My father in law is obsessed with maple syrup so (he's coming for a week visit) these bad boys are going on the menus. I'll bake without skins though. I hate how sicken wing skins get soft.

I usually go overboard when my grand kids come over.  This is a fast way for me to spend time with them. I posted before and a different person came up. Your the best Larry. If they eat the way they did in the past. Then his will be gone in seconds.

How's the seasoning/marinade meant to get in the wings when you're dealing the pores straight off?

Good vid Larry.. I like the skin on my wings crispy, or on the dryer side..Nothing worse than eating a fatty, rubbery skined chicken wing..That sauce has to be mighty fine on those..Keep a wet washcloth handy for this one folks!!!

Do you usually buy wing pieces?  Whole wings and cut them up yourself? Frozen?  You make a lot of wing recipes and I am interested in your thoughts on this.   The couple of times I've made wings I bought wings and cut them up, it was kind of a pain.  They weren't frozen when I bought them, but they might have been previously.

Yummy, love the combo of sweet and hot. Gonna give em a try. Think I will try a belgian waffles stuffed with bacon pieces and have the wings with it & drizzle some of that wing sauce so I will not cook it down as much….Thanks for the idea!
