Where are u coffee ,o yr not there.people sometimes name things but the name doesn't have to do anything with the thing . This recipe is the example for what I'm saying because it can't make sense without an example ,it's very confusing

"If you don't have buttermilk, i'll link the video down below.. if you dont have pumpkin pie spice i'll link that video down below.." Why say things just to fill up the video.. Try following up on what you say, instead..

Funny, I made this right before going out so I literally took it out of the oven and tan out the door. When I got back, half of it was gone! Haha! I loved it, and obviously my family did. :)

isnt it the other way around laura ? overmixing will get you a lighter fluffier cake because your incorporating more air into the mixture. a denser cake is the result of not overmixing. but your right that you shouldnt over mix… this is a crumbcake not an angel cake lol

I went to your website to print this recipe and you can hardly see it. I printed other recipes from other sites to make sure it wasn't my printer, but they printed out fine. Your recipe is in a light grey color so when printed out you can barely read it. Most sites have a place where it says print, I don't see that on your site. Am I not seeing the printable version on your site?

It adds a lot of flavor to the cake itself.

I've gone thru your entire recipe pages, (all 26 pages), and can't find the pumpkin pie spice recipe… You said a link would be in the descriptions as well… it's NOT! SO!
    Here's Mine:
    Yield: about 5 tablespoons
    Ingredients:
    3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
    2 teaspoons ground ginger
    2 teaspoons nutmeg
    1 ½ teaspoons ground allspice
    1 ½ teaspoons ground cloves

Most times I double it, as I buy my spices in bulk. (1lb bags)

You can put a tablespoon of distilled white vinegar to 1 cup of whole milk to create a suitable substitute for buttermilk.
