Special Spaghetti Bolognese is a quick and simple variation the standard Bolognese sauce. Enhanced with fruity, savoury flavours – this version is sure to impress your family and friends – give it a go tonight!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

500g Beef Mince (Ground Beef)
1 Brown Onion (Peeled and Chopped)
2 Cloves of Garlic (Crushed) [OPTIONAL]
2 Cans of Diced Tomatoes
1/2 Jar of Fruit Chutney (about 200g)
2 Tablespoons Worchestshire Sauce
2 Teaspoons of Mixed Italian Dried Herbs
1 Packet of Spaghetti (cooked, drained)

Preperation Time: 2 minute
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Serves 4 – 6

ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC

    I use your recipes anywhere from 2 times in a week to 5 depending. Well ususally there is much for left overs. So what do you do with these meals? Have a large family? Just wondering

    i shall go with the "throw it together" thing….there are no rules in cooking…if you like it then put it in…if you don't like it then leave it out…as a tip though i normally add half a teaspoon of sugar per can of tomatoes…this balances out the acidity …

    hi , really want to give this ago BUT, i'm struggling to find the fruit chutney all i can find is spiced fruit chutney , not sure this is the same , could it be called anything else in the uk ??  thanks

    Interesting. I'm going to try this out. Hopefully today. Have you ever burned your arms reaching for the controls at the back of your stove? It doesn't seem very user friendly.
