Hi mr Wolfe pit, I just want to say thank you for this recipe. I adapted it slightly, using onion powder and garlic powder in the marinade, and no egg but cornflour instead. I then fried them in canola oil. Best wings ever. Yes for the 1hr in the fridge, they were so tasty. These, plus your recipe on the shredded beef burritos, are my favourite recipes ever, thank you so much!

It's the egg that makes the difference, does it matter if you use corn flower or regular. I always use white flour.

Do you put the chicken wings in a container with a top when putting them in the fridge? That's probably common sense, but I just wanted to make sure.

Looks great, Larry! That Alan Jackson song says, "Where I come from, it's cornbread and chicken". You put that into a chicken wing. Looks tasty!
