    use unsweetened vanilla almond milk for less carbohydrates than soy milk. squeeze lime juice over top for an added kick.

    It's too thick.the oats ratio not proportionate. Added more milk&sugar to get right consistency . Thanks

    don't see the need for the sugar… I add a bit of yoghurt and not the low fat kind as that is full of sugar but the full fat plain yoghurt.

    Try using frozen bananas and strawberries to make a chilled smoothie…. Don't use vanilla or sugar… It's just extra bullshit… I drink this almost every morning … And you don't have to use milk you can use a sugar free juice (preferably apple juice)

    way to ruin strawberries. make the smoothie without the strawberries then eat them afterwards instead.

    I don't drink soy milk and cow milk, can I use goat milk instead ?

    I make my smoothie with almond milk, no sugar, and add almonds and blueberries as well. Satisfying and filling
