INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

1kg of Chicken Drumsticks (about 6-8 pieces)
1/2 Cup of Barbecue Sauce
2 Teaspoons of Smoked Paprika
2 Cloves of Garlic, crushed (about 2 Teaspoons)
2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar

Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 40 minutes

SERVES 4

ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
(Look up Google for a conversion chart if using Imperial)

    What can I use as a sub for paprika? I have some cayenne but I am not sure how old it is and regardless would prefer something that doesn't add the potential for heat.

    I made bbq chicken boneless skinless make extra then cut extra into very small cubes the add all your ingreatance for chicken salad then you have bbq chicken salad my husband loves it in his lunch try it you will love it.
