Slow Cooker Orange Chicken Drumsticks is a flavour-packed main meal with minimal prep work. Chicken Drumsticks are smothered in a sauce featuring orange juice, honey, soy sauce, ginger and chilli. Slowly cooked in a crock pot and served with rice, vegetables or salad, this dish will become a quick favourite in your house – give it a go!

INGREDIENT LIST:

8 Chicken Drumsticks (skin removed)
1/4 Cup of Honey
3 Tablespoons of Orange Juice (freshly squeezed!)
2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Ground Ginger
1 Tablespoon of White Vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon of Dry Chilli Flakes
Rice, Vegetables or Salad (to serve)

Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 4 hours on LOW setting

    I never have ground ginger, but chunks of peeled ginger seem to do the trick. Thanks for the idea.
