Slow Cooker Cheese Stuffed Meatballs is a rich and delicious meal that is easy to make and perfect for sharing with a crowd. Beef and Pork are combined with herbs and spices, then formed into meatballs. A cube of smooth melting Mozzarella cheese is stuffed into each meatball, then slow cooked in the sauce of your choice – give it a go!

500g Beef Mince
500g Pork Mince
Salt and Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1 Cup of Fresh Breadcrumbs
1/4 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup of Freshly Chopped Parsley
1/2 Cup of Milk
2 x 500g Jars of Pasta Sauce
Preparation Time: About 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 2.5 hours on HIGH setting
Note: I don’t recommend using the LOW setting for this recipe, as the meatballs can fall apart 😉
All measurements and temperatures are in Australian Metric.
