Slow Cooker Cheese and Bacon Potatoes is a fabulous crock pot side dish, perfect for serving with a wide variety of dishes. Baby Potatoes are combined with onion, garlic, bacon and cheese, then slow cooked until tender. Served warm, these delicious potatoes are guaranteed to keep everyone happy – Try it today π
Ingredients:
10 Baby Potatoes (quartered)
1 Small Brown Onion (finely chopped)
4 Slices of Short Cut Bacon (diced)
1 Tablespoon of Mixed Dried Herbs (I used Italian Herb Mix)
2 Cloves of Garlic (crushed)
1 Cup of Grated Cheese (I used Cheddar)
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
1 Spring Onion (for garnish, sliced)
Preparation Time: About 15 minutes
Cooking Time: About 6 to 8 hours on AUTO setting (1hr on HIGH, then LOW for the rest of the cooking time)
SERVES 4 – 6 (as a side dish)
