A pork leg roast is marinated in salt and apple cider vinegar, then slow cooked until tender. Shredded and combined with a smokey barbecue sauce, the meat is served on bread rolls with your favourite toppings – give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
1.5kg Pork Leg Roast (boneless, rind and excess fat removed)
3/4 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup of Smokey BBQ Sauce (or similar sauce)
and any other additional fillings you prefer!
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 10 hours on LOW setting
