Chicken Thigh Fillets are chopped and fried in butter, then combined with onions, curry powder and the secret ingredient… Tomato Soup! INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

1Kg of Chicken Thigh Fillets (chopped)
1 Brown Onion (roughly chopped)
2 Tablespoons of Butter
1/4 Cup of Curry Powder (reduce by half for a milder flavor)
2 x 400g Cans of Tomato Soup (ready to eat or concentrated will do)
1/2 Cup of Sour Cream
Rice (to serve)

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 20 minutes

SERVES 4 – 6

ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC

    Thanks David. I'm a new/beginner in cooking so I stay away from those recipes who have tons of ingredients in them. I tried this and it came out quite nice. It's a new taste for me cause I don't particularly like curry dishes, and I have to go and buy those Heinz tomato soup cans and curry powder (no, not every household have this in their pantry, lol). Keep on making simple, quick and easy recipes, big guy! You rock!

    I am a new subscriber to your channel and I have to say I absolutely love your recipes. I made this tonight, along with your chickpea curry recipe, served the 2 over rice, and MY GOD IT WAS SO GOOD! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I love to try new things, and both are keepers. Oh I have to mention, I have kids and they can be picky and they both loved the food as well.

    I'm not a chef but i have made this before. Breasts i agree are shit for butter chicken you need that bit of fat for flavour. Personally i would have pre – marinated the chicken in ginger garlic paste with tikka colour funegrek and other spices you can use canned but sun rippened soft red tomotoes skinned and pulped are good. Sorry but that dish looked really average you know it was a shithouse old boy. That lemon cheesecake was fucking top though yeah.

    I tried this recipe tonight. It was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G !! I also added 2 tbl. Of crushed garlic.
