um I guess the subtitles are done by voice recognition..which obviously doesn't handle the Aussie accent. makes the recipe deliciously hilarious though

Doesn't a slow cooker use up a lot of electricity if its on for 8 hours?

Don't know if this is being checked, but could anyone who's made it let me know whether, or not, the sausages are chopped before browning, or do they have to be done whole?
    Many thanks

Great recipe. Reminds me of my mother and how she used to slice up hot dogs into a pot of baked beans. This is much more deluxe and delicious, I'm sure. Thanks for sharing this, it looks great! Keep up the good work.

@fuldk I can tell by looking at the can he put in, of the beans, that it's not the Three Bean Salad we know in the US. His beans looked like kidney beans, pinto beans, broad beans, chick peas, and who knows what else! (They look delicious though!) so I'd just buy three of your favorite soup type beans to put in with the mix, or, more, like I have. It turned out delicious as can be! I used kidney, pinto, white, butter, and chick peas!

HAVE YOU EVER HAD AMERICAN BACON?!

  23. OnePotChefShow

    July 25, 2016 at 9:36 pm

@fuldk In Australia, Three Bean Mix comes in a can and is suspended in a brine liquid. I'm not sure if it's the same as the one you are talking about, but you could rinse the beans before using them. You could also replace them with a can of rinsed cannellini beans or chick peas 😉

Hi I am in the United States and three bean salad is a marinated bean salad. Is that the same kind you refer to in the video? If so does the sweet/sour taste of the beans mellow?

oh, what a good mixed up, sausages, bacon, onion, tomato and various beans, i definitely like it !!
but one thing i'd like to ask, will it be too long taking 3 hours to cook the dish?
