Could you make a nutella lava cake and on it, instead of seasalt you can use chopped hazelnuts! Some of your recopies I love and forget to give you any feedback so I am just saying that your Italian butter cookies looked a lot like a cookie we have here in the Uk. I do not know the name but it has the piped swirl on the top with jam and cream in the middle with a flat cookie at the bottom to keep the filling in. Your cookie looked a lot like shortbread but better. Great video today!

l don't have a set of ramekins just yet, but due to the fact that l suffer from a condition called, "l need to make this now or die" food related impatience, l'm just gonna use my large muffin pan and hope for the best.
